Pickering Place is a community of 158 privately-owned homes built as single family dwellings, duplexes, triplexes, and sixplexes. We are governed by the Declarations and Restrictions, and Bylaws of the Home Owners Association. Leases and rentals are not authorized. There are no city taxes.
HOA MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEES
As of January 1, 2024, HOA monthly Maintenance Fees are:
• Sixplexes - $224.00 per month
• All others - $229.00 per month
Maintenance Fees are due the first of each month and will be considered delinquent after the 10th. Maintenance Fees cover the following:
Administration
Clubhouse
Painting ($20/$15 per month toward exterior paint fund)
Sewer
Street Lights
Street maintenance
Trash Removal
2,000 gal. Water (*)
Mowing
Snow Removal (after 2" accumulation as determined by the president)
(*) Water usage over 2,000 gallons per month is billed separately and may be added to the monthly check for dues. Each 100 gallons of water over 2,000 gallons is billed at $1 per hundred.
TRASH PICKUP
Trash pickup is each Monday starting at 7:30am.. If you have bulk items (i.e., old
appliances) to be thrown away, contact M.A.'s Disposal 816-738-5760.
